Welcome!
Welcome to Kisekino Wikidot, a page that will bring into context the various events that occured in the Kisekino gameworld.
Short History of why Kisekino existed
Kisekino first started out as Hana no Kiseki (HnK, discontinued but still can be found here @ http://www.freewebtown.com/pasonia_hnk), a spin-off of a Maple Story-based collaboration involving multiple writers and artists. Eleven characters were created for another story, then titled Monogatari no Kurenai (MnK, Tale of Crimson) but I obtained permission to create the HnK gameworld.
It was a personal project thing that ballooned into a proportion I would never imagine possible, even if the story had extremely shaky grounds that were so bad I had to perform a mini-retcon then. When a second retcon became inevitable, I decided to abandon the project in favor of a fresh start.
Hence Kisekino.
What is Kisekino?
Strictly in terms of titles, Kisekino is rendered entirely in hiragana. If you know what "kiseki" means, good. However, I had meant for it to be open to translation. The idea was collected from the manga Bokurano, which means "Ours".
However, in terms of story, the whole thing may be a huge departure from what you know Maple Story as. Yes, the townships exists, but only the core towns and no spin-off towns like Shanghai and Singapore.
Kisekino is a sci-fi fantasy focused on the military, as are the eleven characters involved in the chaos. Conscious influences to the story are Battlefield 2142, Maple Story, and Artemis Fowl by Eoin Colfer, but there may be more that I do not recollect as consciously as I would normally do.

Progress of Kisekino main canon
As of present, Kisekino is still very much in infancy, although I believe the initial chapters do show a lot of promise. Thus far I am happy, but in order to develop the story fully I know I have my work cut out for me. I am also roping in people who are willing to work with me in order to develop Kisekino further.
